Its a very sad day

Across Yemen people are gathering and grieving from what they have heard!
Word has spread that the beloved Sultan al Qasim II The Great, as people loved to call him, has died from a terrible disease. The fact that al Qasim has only left a daughter behind made the Yemen people even more sad.
But as they say
with great tragedy comes also opportunity.
Yemen:
As the word of the tragic death spread the known world; it also reached it close neighbours: Ethiopia. In Addis Ababa, Christian and Muslim people also hold mass gatherings, to express their grieve over the death of their close friends Sultan.
After the first few days of unrest the Grand Vizier of Yemen travelled to Addis Ababa to talk to Emperor Dawit II. He offered to extend the friendship between Ethiopia and Yemen, and to give the Yemen people a new king in the same time. A wedding between the daughter of Sultan al Qasim II, Esther, and Emperor Dawit II.
The Emperor didnt have to think about it for long, they settled the wedding with both Islamic and Christian traditional handshakes.
The wedding:
The wedding was a ceremonial mixture between Islamic and Christian believes, and people from all over the world came to witness history in the making. After the ceremony, Dawit II and the Grand Vizier of Yemen gave a speech about the future of
Yemen-Ethiopia. They talked about how Yemen-Ethiopia will now be a royal personal union in perpetitary. They want to unify Christian and Islamic believes and close the gap between other countries and other religions.
The first thing emperor Dawit II did, was to send out word to open new trade-routes, friendships and cooperation.
