Size of the Civ IV minimap

Just fired up Civ IV again after not having played it for at least 10 years or so. It's still one of the greatest iterations of the series.

But playing on a 2560 * 1440 monitor does showcase that it is an older game. Especially the size of the minimap. Oooff.

Does anyone know of a way to increase the size of the minimap in Civ IV?

Will have to reposition all the buttons and panels that surround the minimap.
This post by @Kjotleik should help with that. Scoreboard.py only needs to be changed when working with a BUG-based mod.
