Hmmm Radio not quite been removed from the tech tree, you just start with it (Radar Towers will now make a huge difference in the game

You don't really start with it since radio towers now come with advanced flight. But still, they should fix the game start pop-up, it looks stupid the way it is now.

This is side effect of having Radio as non-era tech and being given to all civs at start (check conquests.biq).

To fix this you need to delete Radio tech from original rules.
