Suppress large improvement images

Is there a way to suppress large improvement images? (See pics attached.) Wonders have them blanked in most converted scenarios, so can it be done for regular improvements? Regular TOT or Patch project, doesn't matter.

Sorry, I missed this. If you're still interested, the easiest way is to delete the image files, or just pop them in a folder.

I went the other way to eliminate the disturbing double images and suppressed the small icons. Even oversized civilopedia images are possible for Civ 2 ToT:
