Based on what you offer I think Hannibal is overrated. I don't see him easily winning compared to others,so at +400 rate,bidding on Hannibal victory is so not worth it. It should pay more, like +600 or +700. I mean, can you guarantee me Kublai not attacking him, and so Hannibal can run over Tokugawa without a challenge? I think I will pass.
Since I have 13500 gold I want to spend all of them now.
4000 gold on Kublai win (the only plains cow on the map is near him too!!!)

Guessing the runner up is so much harder than winner this game.

FTD is the hardest to predict this game. Unlike winner category,Hannibal this time feels so underrated and genereous. Is Hannibal seriously less likely to be first to die then De Gaulle? I guess not. I would have offered +600 instead of 800. But since it is a great oppurtunity for investment why not bid on

I rate Hanni on this map cos he has arguably the best traits, copper in his backline & his starting techs match (can build a workboat for early and mine pigs for what Sulla nicely calls mini-resource).
