Temple of Artemis question

So with Temple of Artemis is the 15% bonus to production of building ranged units applied to ALL cities like the 10% growth is, or is it only applied to the city its been built in?? Thanks for your help!!!

The production for ranged unites applies just to the city that built the wonder. A neat fact is that Chariot Archers ( and la UU replacing them) are considered ranged and get the production bonus. I think this also stacks with the stable, and that it also works on Keshiks and Camel Archers (but don't know for sure).
