Text within scenarios

By 'Text within scenarios', I mean the text which comes within the scenarios in the random event like boxes in the top right, like

Decius returns home and spends a night feasting and telling tales with the men of his father's holdings
[....]
But he would not die the heretics death, reviled and anathemized.

I've tried looking in Assets/XML/Scenarios, but the WB files just show the plot and leader and civ details. Help?
