The Byzantines

The Romans and Byzantines were my favorite civilizations to play in Civ IV: Beyond The Sword. I was jut wondering if anyone has made a good Byzantinian civilization yet with a good leaderhead that actually speaks Medieval Greek?

Maybe I should keep dreaming :/
