Has anybody else ever experienced a moment in the past when the king of your selected Civ suddenly has a change of character and lowers the current tax rate.
Only once in the whole time I have played Colonization has the King ever lowered the tax by 1%
Apparently it was after a glorious victory over the Barbary Pirates.
