Alright, so I decided to load a galleon with 3 boxes of guns that I would sell to natives settlements abroad, and I came across a problem where I could not choose to sell 1 box of guns (100), it would always put all of them on the table.

Any solutions?

There is no simple solution, you are unable to sell part of the load, but there is a workaround. Put an empty wagon on the galleon along with the guns. When you reach the indian village unload the wagon and then unload 100 guns into the wagon and sell them from that.

This is also a handy way of selling goods to inland villages that you can't reach any other way. Your ship can go back for more supplies while your wagon is trading and then you can reload it in any coastal village.
