True Start Europe?

Is there any sort of map that lets me play Europe with the correct starting positions? I prefer a DLC if there is any. But if none what is a good MOD?

There are no official DLCs from Firaxis for a TSL (True Starting Location) Europe, but there are many mods out there. If you go to Civ5's workshop on Steam and search up "Europe TSL" you'll find a bunch of good results.
