Turn 200 diplomatic win possible?

Sub T-200 with minor civs is pretty hard. Tech civs, Aztecs, Poland, Spain have a real advantage. I wonder if someone can do a sub-T200 with Askia or Harald.

Well, at least on Chieftain. 120g per barb camp, 300+ g/city capture buys a lot of universities. Sub-t200 *peaceful* with just any civ would be tough, especially on higher difficulties, but sub-t200 *warlike* on low difficulty is easy.

The thing is though, there are like 15 civs that have advantages towards this sort of thing, not 5. (IMHO)

So, really, it's only the bottom half or less of all civs that don't have *any* advantage towards an early win.

Civs that could easily win under t200: babylon, maya, inca, aztec, spain, korea, poland, russia, arabia, siam, askia, assyria, egypt, attila, shoshone, ethiopia, morocco, persia, rome, the celts... all with advantages IMHO towards a faster domination-based diplomatic win. Probably only half of those have advantages towards a peaceful win, but still, that's like 10+. /shrug

you can win sub 200 with any civ, but venice is clearly harder than all others.
