Sweet. Nuff said. BTW are any of you interested in joining team AMAZON in the new BTS MTDG, i know CB has another team but anyone else.
 
Actually, I'm not part of any of the teams. I was interested, and still am interested, but early last week I decided not to participate. I did not join any team and I cancelled all my thread subscriptions. I don't have enough time to be involved in two MTDGs.

And I have some personal goals set in CivIII, now that I have some games in the HOF. Not great games, mind you, just good enough to fill some empty slots! :D

But it looks like a wild time, 6 teams and each playing 2 civs!

I'm thinking about changing some Space Ship builds to nukes. Nothing for sure, yet; not even sure about the cost of nukes!

Any thoughts?
 
I think a few nukes would be worthwhile. Hit BALDRIC as our first target ;)

Sadly, SABER is in a better position to use nukes - they can build the cheaper ones, load 'em on their nuke subs, and launch from just offshore. We'll have to build ICBMs to target their cities (unless we can decisively wrest control of the seas from them).
 
Nukes will be our only hope. ICBMs now, IIRC they cost like 600 sheilds.

Depends where the Saber ships are at.

If they are far enough offshore I might disband some units, but that is not a promise.

Locate the main Saber fleet (the one with the 10 Aircraft carries) 4S of Teal domination. From here, Fortress of Meleet and FreeToes are also in danger. The group now has 19 Transports, up one from last turn.

Locate the other main Saber fleet inside The Council's borders, 1S-2SE of The New Yard. We leave them be.

Move our ships a bit east of 11NW.

Rebase the Stealth Bombers from the Carriers.

Transport LS-017 sails into Sid City and unloads. SAM01 is airlifted to FREE.

Disperse our stack of doom outside of Freedom Central. Send them to fend off Saber.

Move units out of Teal domination, Fortress of Meleet and FreeToes.

To safely sabotage the UN build in Scymitar would cost us 18,728 gold. We don't have that much.
To immediately sabotage it would take 9364 gold.
To immedediately sabotage the build in Elisha Cuthbert would take 834 gold.

We investigate Elisha Cuthbert for 24 of 849 gold. Tranpsort, 18 turns at 1 spt, so 82 shields already invested. Or about 10 gold per shield to sabotage.
In Scymitar, with same reasoning, they have 935 shields inveseted. They may beat us to the UN.

Thus, since we may not get it, we might be able to take the SS Engines, at 640 shields, as a consolation prize.
Which is why Kazgungudom is still building the Exterior Casing, due in 3 turns, in case that happens.
