Unable to Load Modded Saves

Hey y'all,
I recently (past 2 weeks or so) have been having a problem loading up my modded save games. I would start a game with mods subscribed and selected, play for awhile, save the game and then hop off Civ V. When I would go to restart the game (through the appropriate channel of Mods->select mods in use->Load save) and receive a Runtime Error.
I have not really seen any support threads on steam or other forums addressing this specific error so i figured I would post my own thread.

Okay, so I think I found the problem. The Civilization IV Diplomatic Features mod was conflicting with some of my other mods. I tried several different combinations of mods in saved games and it seems so far that that was my problem.
