Units don't attack

I'm playing Regular Civ V Vanilla with mods of just leaders and what happens is. I see barbarian camps, I go to fight them, but it only lets my soldiers go over them instead. I don't know if it's because I got the mod to play as Arminius, one of my favorite Germans or what. I checked to see if Quick Fighting or Quick Movement was on. I only selected Quick Movement to make me go faster but I disabled Quick Fighting. All they do is go over the men, even other civilizations. If pictures are needed, let me know. I do not understand what happens with my men not being able to battle. But, recently I decided to play multiplayer with friends. That worked perfectly obviously, I also got some other mods that could of caused it with these new soldiers and I removed those too.
