Updates on Main Master of Mana Mod Sourceforge page?

I was looking at Master of Mana's Sourceforge page (https://sourceforge.net/projects/masterofmana/files/), and I noticed that there are a few files on it that were published this year and a few years before.

What exactly are MoM Tweakmod 1.09 and MoM Experimental Setup? And how do I install them? Do I install Tweakmod 1.09 over Experimental?

the experimental setup is a separate branch/install. it contains some unfinished changes like portals.

the tweakmod is Xtended with some small fixes. You might want to use this tweak mod https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/tweak-mod-for-xtended-master-of-mana-updates.684050/ instead though as it contains even more fixes.
