Vanishing Luxuries and Recurring Peace Treaty Expiration

Two bugs I've seen that annoy or ruin the game.

I've now seen myself unable to take advantage of luxuries twice. It seems to follow having traded them, but it's like you don't get them back. You look at current deals, you see you're not trading the dye, but it's not available in your happiness stack. It's not part of a deal that expired that turn. It's just gone for the game. I had to destroy the plantation and rebuild it to get the dye. It happened with Gold in another game and I assumed it was my problem.

I've also seen Peace Treaty expirations that happen every turn for like...forever. Saw that in the GotM. My peace treaty with Montezuma expired every turn - woot! I've seen that before too and I wonder if it's related to a decapitation - where you own their capitol but they're still around.

I get the reacurring Peace treaty message, when I wailed on the Germans taking their capital and he begged me to make peace giveing me all but 1 city.
