Venice

Venice puppet cities should not autobuild sea minefields, they cost 1 iron and i would much rather have iron for artillery and cruisers.
as a temporary fix, was wondering if there is a mod to make them not autobuild them? or make them only built in capital cities.
+1, it is actually a joke playing Venice late-game. all strat.resources being wasted — mines>iron, spaceship factories>aluminia. It's a hell micromanaging puppets not to construct them and disable them each time.

Also had a huge bug which could cost me a game. (happily AI did not manage to capture my forward town)
I was constructing a seaport when stupid event of flooding occured and coal mine got pillaged —> no coal, no seaport and it was denied in a que without reappearing after coal connected back.

Played as venice not too long ago, got attacked by all my neighbors, R.I.P
Problem is that the puppet cities are pretty much useless, I think they should buff so that it instantly constructs the building when you invest in it

Venics puppet cities also build Space Ship parts. I was very surprised to find one of my puppet cities building the SS Cockpit in 40 turns, instead 8 in Venice itself. (How did you disable it? @Chorda)

I forced to construct something else, like another building by buying out it. Then iirc you can cancel it in a que

I thought so too, but I couldn't change it. So my fallback was to check every round if there is a surplus iron, etc and put a fitting irion, etc unit in the, very long, venice queue.
