Not talking about the fall patch, I notice that now the luxury resources slot in diplomacy is now always open, and it was always closed before so I had to open it myself first to see what the AI has.

Was there anything else changed?

no, this was after the hot fix. The same fix that gave you a spinning globe for a curser when the AI renews a deal.

If you collapse the menu in the trade window, it will stay closed with all civs fromt hat point forward
