It was playing conditioins whereby you have earned a "Famous Writer" and you get to choose between instant bump in policy points or invest the great writer by putting his work in the museum/library and earn points towards a different victory catagory, the great work of writing quote: someting about the law catching up to you and precluding your ability to make your death a " free will atonement" or "making my death a free will atonement" i.e. somebody killed you before you could do it yourself......should you want to ?
