I recently found and downloaded one strange version of civ1dos...

Looks like someone has hacked the start screen and changed some text.Is there any changes made in the game itself?

That's the hacked civ.exe floating around the net. It will give you unlimited money at a certain turn (0AD?). I personally, delete it.
