when I download and extract the zip file i get a folder called FallfromHeaven2041n and it contains a folder called Fall From Heaven 2, and another called $PLUGINSDIR. Now I'm guessing the Fall From Heaven 2 folder goes in civ4/beyond the sword/Mods. But where does the $PLUGINSDIR folder and the two files in it go?
