All cities receive a Food boost whenever a Wonder is built. Forts improve whatever resource they are built on, and yield +3 Gold if a military unit is stationed on them.

Starts with the Woodsman promotion. Takes longer to become obsolete.
UI: Terrace Farm
Unlocked at Construction. May be built on Hills. +1 Production, +1 Food per adjacent Mountain.

UA: Inkarri Prophecy
Pillaging tiles and liberating Citizens grants Faith. Hills do not hinder Movement for units.
UU: Slinger (Crossbowman)
May withdraw before melee attacks. +10% Combat bonus vs Mounted units.

May be upgraded to an infantry unit during war. Downgrades back into an Arriero when peace is declared.
