I have not yet tried Abandonware, but I have looked for MOO2 in Underdogs. In the latter, no MOO2, only MOO1.

This site contains a good amount of games from the '80s and the '90s. Unfortunately, if you look for 'Master of Orion 2', it says ... 'Buy it! From CD-ROM Access'.

I've never seen it for sale anywhere except amazon, which wont accept my card

Not many sites are going to want to host downloads of that size for free. It is one thing to have those old games that fit on 3 or 4 diskettes, but another for 400mb games.

I do recall someone saying they did download it.
