I made a Mobster car unit out of my Army Special Deluxe unit. I gave my car a black texture, and replaced the marine w/ Mechaerik's CEO w/ marine animations. I gave him a black Fedora and pinstripes. I used Asiox3's Thompson Machine gun and gave it a round clip from his PPSH gun. 
It uses the same fscale as my other car (0.4 iirc). The hat sort of rolls around a bit, but its not too noticeable.
