This is from a GnK OCC game I'm trying currently. Long story short, growth was next turn and the Observatory was 2 away, so I put Production Focus so that the new citizen could be placed on one of the tiles with 3 hammers and I'd get Obs the same turn. My calculations were juuuust a bit off >_<
