The graphics were fine until BtS. Hoping the next patch will fix that somehow.
Any requests on leaders? They're all messed up, it's just that some are funnier than others.

What options are you running BtS with, what is your computer's stats and do you have any graphics mods installed?

I play on the lowest settings except "Single Unit Graphics."
My graphics card is a GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X. I hear it's something to do with the lack of pixel shaders on the card. If any other thing matters, I'll be glad to post it.

Yeah, I think it's the lack of T&L (Transform and Lighting) built into your card.
