-.- I've never seen this happen. I even went as far as using WorldBuilder to give me dozens of nukes in a test game. Are there certain conditions to cause this to happen?

^I've tried that too. It's weird...I'd like to see it happen though.

EDIT: Someone told me it's only when you play the "next war" mod.

I notice that X death was using a very small map. Perhaps only the littlest planets are vulnerable to this cataclysm?

I figured it out:
In the next war mod, 20 nuclear explosions/meltdowns has to take place in the world before this happens.
