I agree it's not very hard but it is different. It's not a no brainer to do it in BASIC then move over to C++ and do it. Plus generated numbers often come out in ranges that have to be fairly split up according to how many possible outcomes a programmer wants.

On my 980TI I would have to wait for the textures to load. Sometimes scroll around the map to get them all loaded. Once loaded everything was fine. My biggest problem, I think, was still turn times because of my 4790k. 1080TI all is better now though I could still use a new CPU.

I do but I thought that was because I always play as the same CIV. I've countered that by manually selecting my opponents. I wish I could choose who not to play against. It would make game setup quicker and still allow some randomness.

That's my main use for her. Especially after she gets that 4 amenities promo. You can boost a citie's loyalty 9 or 10 points before you garrison and use civics. Plus boost or negate civics in surrounding cities. Powerful as heck when it comes. However, like others have said she's not the best...

I think if you sped some time to game the Loyalty System it is still very doable. Eventually, when your empire gets so big, you don't even have to do that.
