    World Builder: Removing a city leaves the hex in their possesion

    How do I remove this? To clarify, if you create a map and place a city with the scenario editor, and then remove that city (to move it for instance), that hex remains their territory. I can't seem to find an option to make that tile neutral again. Any ideas?

    Yeah, it does seem random. It is working fine right now. I have a suspicion it has to do with what you click on or alt tab during loading screens.

    Very weird. Whenever I click on Civ 5 on my primary monitor, my secondary monitor goes black. This does not seem to happen every time though. When I was playing two nights ago, it was going black. Last night it worked fine.. I could click on my second monitor and surf the web waiting for planes...
