I agree with Sultan. I mean, right there on the front cover in red and white is says "Multiplayer." This expansion wasn't about new maps, civiliations, and mods. This expansion was for multiplayer, plain and simple. Plain and simple, it doesn't work. I'm not saying I could do any better...
