I have just (re)installed CivIV-Complete on my laptop. I try to start a new custom game in Warlords but there is no "No Technology Brokering" menu item. (It is also absent in regular CivIV and BeyondTheSword custom game menus too) Does anyone has any idea what might be wrong? Thanks.
