Is it possible to remove the mission to destroy another city state? and to also remove the perma-war effect when you attack too many city states. I tried looking through some of the XML like GlobalAIDefines and some diplo-related one but couldn't find anything

Thanks for that information. I think I might ignore the atomic bomb interception (i've already made them near impossible to build) but I'll mess with the interception promotions
I haven't had any experiences with AA guns and fighters yet but from what I've read when a bomber or an atomic bomb attacks a city there is a % chance the fighter will intercept or the AA gun will take them down, I want to change this to a 100%. This way the enemy must neutralise AA defences...
In my one of XML files I made nukes require 4 uranium instead of 1. If I play a MP game with somebody who still has it on 1, what happens? Are there any conflicts that lead to crashing of the game or other problems?
Yeah it probably should be like that. doesn't your city get production bonus on it's tile when stationed on a forest? i know it does when you're on a hill
ah right, fair enough. i thought there was an option to invite human player on hotseat.
yeah i think i'll need a lot of good communication to get that agreement thing going - would probably only work with friends
