    How do I add this? I replaced the dll of another mod with this mod's dll but all it did was disable the scenarios and Civilopedia. I tried it on its own as a mod yet it only went up to 18 civs.

    In the SVN Colombia (and sometimes, usually, Brazil) never show up. In the non-SVN they both used to spawn always but now Colombia never does and I have to play as Brazil for them to spawn.

    This mod is not working for me. I used the 'download now' button and all I received after the hour download was a fatal error. I tried the other download option via MEGA and the 2 times I've installed it the files are not placed in either correct location. This is extremely frustrating.
