Hi. I just go a Surface Book with windows 10. Had not played Civ in a very long time. After getting it downloaded from Steam, it works ok except the dialogue boxes are too small to read. is there a f ix for this? Any help appreciated.

I was having the same problem, until I realized it should be CTRL + R, and not simultaneously, hit ctrl release ctrl, and then hit R. Took some practice but it seems to work for me.

I have seen posts where they mention "Puppet States". Can someone describe what a puppet state is, how you form one, and what they can be used for? Thanks
