It was a little joke there. "Victoria" and "Boudicca" are essentially the same name.

Boudicca. It's quite refreshing to see the figurehead of Britain at its greatest, even if her reign was characterised (like the other Hanoverians before and the Windsors after) by the actions of her prime ministers. Elizabeth has just been done to death.

It seems the graphic style is an of Civ 3's stylised unit design to the terrain as well. I quite liked Civ 3, so as far as I'm concerned, why not?

This just happened in RT as well! I feel like the only way to actually do the quest is to start the trade one turn and destroy the station the next.

I was wondering why culture expands borders for land cities. It's possible that ocean cities, which will be more centralised, have both more cultural exchange (due to higher density) and a more inwardly-focussed idea of development rather than the more expansionist land culture that would...

For some weird reason, I got the 20% extra income from Shackleton for completing the trading quest despite never actually trading with Palatine. The destruction quest still exists, but now I need to find a way to conquer Polystralia first...

Somehow, I don't think this should be possible.

Korea's description says that there is a tech boost every time a scientific building or wonder is built in the capital. However, which wonders are "scientific"? Only those which provide tech bonuses, or all of the ones that add GS GPP?

What about Liechtenstein? Andorra, too, perhaps? Luxembourg is nice this time of year. :)

Why does it seem that everyone hates Purity? I don't understand! Are their units inherently inferior? Are the techs for Purity useless? I need to know! :cry:

I'd do this: If an Emancipation Gate is built, then the other civs can build a gate to reinforce Earth, but must declare war to do so. Earthling Settlements can be attacked. Mind Stems should be improvements that can be razed.
