So it means other civs can't trade with them or I can't trade with them? Or both?

What does the 'embargo' option do? I selected it and then clicked on one of the leaders on the list and from what I could see nothing happened?

I'd like to see the addition of a transport plane (Hercules or similar)...what modern military transport their tanks/helicopters/soldiers etc by sea (obviously Navy aside)??? oh and the ability to house arial units on forts/citadels.

I'm having the same problem...I can build/purchase contractors but when they arrive at the resource I want worked they dont have the options to build or work the tile.

Thats kind of silly...why would you want more imports and less exports???

I also don't understand how this stat works? I always come in at last place for it...what do you do to come in first?
