Hi Does anyone here ever pay to view troop locations of another civilization. Normally I don't touch this, but accidentally did so in my current game. I was shocked when I found, that I'd paid nearly 5000 and you can only view their positions for 1 turn. Isn't this a bit of a rip off ?

Hi I've set a number of jets in various city's to air superiority, which I thought meant, they attacked enemy aircraft flying close by. However, I was attacked by air time and time again, in a recent game of Civ 3 and not once did my jets fight back. Am I doing something wrong ?
