What I mean in VII is that I was yesterday playing against Dutch-Russian alliance and when I defeated Russians, the alliance still existed (but only the Dutch were in the game).     I don't remember. What I remember is that it was combined with ROM 2.8 Full (everything in one torrent). It was also titled "Afforess Modmods" not "A New Dawn".
