    get red alert or a game of that type. That would totally change civ. to a game of nothing but war the strategy level would decrease

    Hello i am very new to civ 3 only had it a couple days great game but when i go into civil disorder sometimes i just put aspearman int he city and it gets fixed. After that it does not matter how many spearman i put int he city i am always in civil disorder how cna i get out of it? thanks.
