How do you bring back the dialog screen that comes up when you start Civ III to select resolution, font options and such? I selected "Don't Ask Again" some time ago, but now I'd like to be asked again...

I just fired up Civ III again after about a year's hiatus. I've got the old MacSoft edition. Doing some reading I saw the new "Complete" version is available. Is this worth picking up? All the expansions look great! Is there an "unofficial" editor as there was for the older version...
