Is this for one of the expansion packs? I only have the basic civ iv and am not able to get this to open.

looks really cool. couple of gnoob questions: can I "embed" this into the game by putting cetain file types in certain folders? I would like to combine it with other mods that I have downloaded. even more gnoob question: is it only for the beyond the sword expansion pack?
