I keep crashing at the leader loading screen as well. I haven't tried any of these steps because asking the game to actually start should not be such a difficult test for it.

Is anyone else using this along with infoaddict and getting crashes whenever you load a game? It was working without crashing under v. 38 but v. 39 and 39.1 crash when I exit to main menu or when I load a saved game. ETA: I tried downloading the file from Civfanatics and extracting it along...

When you click on a tile, go to the lower left of the IGE menus and click on an edge of the tile. It will put a river on that edge. Clicking on it again will reverse the river's direction.

Yes. The set of numbers is the version number. That version number means your copy has been updated.

I'm looking for this also for playing on my laptop. Maybe try putting at the end of your UserSettings.ini file things like 'StrategicView=1' or 'StartStrategic=1'?
