Loved Lem as the future incarnation of River, and it explains how River's grave ended up on Tenzalore. Overall, nicely done.
Concerning the Sisters of Carn, they didn't get the name wrong; The Moff has stated that they're not the same character.
Don't complain about the Top Gear reruns. BBCAmerica is nonstop Gordon Ramsey and, inexplicably, ST: TNG.
I think the show is let down by having to adjust to a modern format of self-contained one hour stories. Some of the major story arcs and character developments would have been better served by older style 4 and 6 part stories, but that is not going to happen again anytime soon.
