Sorry for the delay. Barbarians automatically create cities without settlers. Perhaps you could do some kind of code for automatic city creation.

Or you could create new cities ala barbarian For them.

Can't you just make some dirty code to prevent good civs from declaring on each other (and/or give them +100 ai modifier to each other) You could leave everything else as default.

What the guy above said. Assuming the other mods work with bts fine, you could always cut and paste the ffh mod from somewhere else directly in.

Try setting the ai attitude to -100. This is what age of ice did.

How many turns does it take to turn a New Forest (From Bloom) into a Forest. What's the % chance per turn of turning a Forest into an Ancient Forest?

Go for it!

It's probably counterproductive if you have a tile that would provide more than just 1 hammer.
