Theres cheats to edit your own civ i think, but not an enemy civ which is what i want to do. Be great if there is such a program

Hello, Been on here for many years now great site :). I was just playing a WW2 scenario and wanted it to be more realistic by adding many bombers on the british main land so they could bomb mainland europe. Is there any way of doing this? Bloom :) Thanks in Advance
