I have the D2D version. And I am very upset about not being able to patch it. I can't play the game right now because I get the "low on virtual memory" message after I play for awhile. I never will buy a game from D2D again. Bob :mad:

After buying from Direct2Drive I have to wait for the patch. I downloaded just fine but when I try to install, it says that I don't have the game installed. So I'll have to wait for Direct2Drive to come out with a special patch. Bummer. Bob J.:cry:

If only they would. But I would guess they would be afraid of pirates getting a hold of it. I have sent for a refund, but I doubt I will get it. It's been longer then 48 hours. Bob

I purchased Civilization IV online at Direct2Drive. It's a site that lets you download games after paying for them. I figured that there would be a PDF manual with it. I paid $49.95 for it. Which is the same price for the boxed version, but I can't get out to get a boxed version. Anyway if you...
