Fun build order.

Generally raze every city you conquer, other than those that can not be razed, which will require you to get additional luxury resources from other players.

I really like the great diplomat idea. There have been so many great diplomats throughout history, why not add this in? It could come with an expansion that had new wonders or something, then that way the new wonders could be the ones that generate "more likely to get a great diplomat" or...

Anything would work, just something where one spoil-sport can't purposefully kill a game that he's losing just by refusing to vote. -Bolas

I'd like to see some things to make multi-player less of a hassle. Too many games are held hostage while people are waiting to vote on if the game should continue, quit, or wait for someone to reconnect. Someone's off making a sandwich and the rest of the game waits for them to return --...
