Do you mean that the game would be 10% faster with the mods combined or that just Better AI will get 10% faster than it is now? If the Better AI with the speed mod was 10% faster than the original, it sure wouldn't be a waste imo. It's pretty slow right now, especially on bigger maps with 18...
