Two steps resolved my crashing problem. 1. Go to the civ. ini file an change the memsaver from 1 to zero. 2. download a free RAM defrag program. Run the defrag as many times as required to get the maximum free RAM value. (Takes me 6-8 times on the one I am using, Ram Def Xtreme). Where on...
